Before enrolling in any of our training programs, please ensure the following:
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years old or older to enroll in our notary training courses.
Nevada Residency: Our training programs are specifically for Nevada residents. Only those with a current Nevada address are eligible to enroll.
Valid Identification: You must provide valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a Nevada Driver’s License or ID) when enrolling for training.
Criminal Background Check: As required by Nevada law, you must be able to pass a background check and not have any felonies on your criminal record.
