When you use our services for immigration documents, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Legal Advice: As notaries, we cannot offer legal advice or help with completing immigration forms. We can only notarize your documents to ensure the signatures are valid and the process is compliant with legal standards. For legal advice, please consult an immigration attorney.
Proper Identification: We will require valid, government-issued identification to authenticate the identity of the person signing the document.
Document Review: While we review the documents to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for notarization, we do not provide any legal counsel on the contents of the forms or assist in completing them. The client is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Language Requirements: If English is not the client’s first language, it’s essential that they understand the document they are signing. We recommend having a trusted translator present if needed, but please note that notaries cannot act as translators.
It’s important to understand that as a Notary Public, we serve as an impartial witness in the signing of documents. Our role is to confirm the identity of the signer, verify that they understand the document they are signing, and ensure they are signing it voluntarily. For immigration-related documents, this process is critical to ensure that the documents are legally recognized by the U.S. government.
In addition to our in-office notarization services, we offer mobile notary services. We can travel to your location (home, office, or other designated site) to complete your notarizations at your convenience. Travel consultations are available within our service area, ensuring you receive the services you need without the hassle of traveling to our office.
Please note that all travel services must be arranged in advance, and travel fees will be communicated at the time of your request. Travel fees are determined by location, time, and distance, and are non-refundable once confirmed.
