Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Nevada notary law, our pricing, and how we handle every signing.
What is notarization and why is it important?+
Notarization is the official certifying process that gives all participants assurance that the terms of a document are authentic, voluntarily signed, and identity-verified. The notary completes the act with their seal and signature.
What ID is required for a notary appointment?+
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — passport, state ID, driver's license, CDL, or military ID. Do not sign documents in advance; documents must be signed in the notary's presence.
Can documents be notarized online in Nevada?+
Yes. Our Nevada-commissioned RON notaries can notarize for signers across the U.S. via secure encrypted video with KBA identity verification, subject to recipient acceptance.
What does a mobile notary cost?+
Mobile visits start at $75 plus travel. Final pricing depends on location, time of day, and number of signatures. We always confirm pricing before dispatch.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?+
Yes. Hospital, jail, and time-critical signings are dispatched 24/7 across Clark County with under 45-minute typical ETA.
What's the difference between a Notary Public and a Signing Agent?+
A Notary Signing Agent has additional NNA certification and training in real estate transaction documents — refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and closings.
How long does the apostille process take?+
Standard Nevada apostille turnaround is typically 5–10 business days through the Secretary of State. Rush handling and courier service is available.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit cards via secure Stripe checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH for business accounts, and Zelle. Invoices available for law firms and lenders.
Do you charge travel fees?+
Travel within central Las Vegas is included in standard mobile pricing. Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and outlying areas may incur a flat travel fee quoted upfront.
Can you notarize documents in Spanish?+
Yes. Bilingual notaries are available for English/Spanish signers. Translations are referred to certified translators when required.
Do you offer field inspection and verification services?+
Yes. We provide professional mobile field verification and inspection services throughout Nevada — including occupancy verification, property and business site inspections, insurance and mortgage field support, and document verification visits. Appointment-based scheduling is available statewide.
What types of inspections do you support?+
We support property inspections, business site inspections, occupancy verification, insurance inspection assistance, mortgage and field inspections, document verification inspections, and visual verification visits — all appointment-based and report-ready for lenders, attorneys, and businesses.
Do you offer notary or loan signing training?+
