Electronic Signature Policy

How Ross & Associates uses, accepts, and retains electronic signatures under federal and Nevada law.

Consent to Electronic Signatures

By signing electronically through our booking platform, RON platform, or any secure link we provide, you consent to conduct business electronically under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Nevada Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (NRS 719). Electronic signatures and records have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and paper records.

Scope

Electronic signature is used for engagement letters, service agreements, appointment intake, consent forms, invoices, receipts, and RON documents authorized under Nevada law.

System Requirements

You must have access to a current web browser, an active email address, an internet connection, and, for RON sessions, a device with a working camera, microphone, and government-issued ID.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent to conduct business electronically at any time by emailing legal@rossandassociates-notary.com. Withdrawal is prospective only and may delay or prevent us from providing certain services.

Retention & Copies

We retain electronic records in accordance with Nevada notarial recordkeeping requirements and our Document Upload & Security Policy. Copies of executed records are available on written request, subject to applicable law.
