Mobile, traveling, and emergency appointments
To reserve mobile travel appointments, applicable travel and dispatch fees are required in advance. Travel fees are separate from notarization fees and become non-refundable once dispatch or travel begins.
This applies to Mobile Notary, Traveling Loan Signings, Emergency Appointments, Inspection Services, Apostille Pickup & Delivery, Same-Day, After-Hours, and Weekend or Holiday dispatches. Emergency and after-hours services may require additional upfront dispatch fees. Clients are responsible for ensuring all signers, identification, and documents are ready prior to arrival; delays may result in additional wait-time fees.
