1. Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your phone number through our website, booking form, contact form, or directly to a representative, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ross & Associates Notary Publics Direct regarding appointments, reminders, emergency dispatch updates, and service-related notifications.
Your consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
2. Types of Messages
Appointment confirmations and reminders; dispatch and ETA updates; document preparation instructions; emergency / after-hours coordination; account or service-related notifications; and, only if separately opted in, occasional marketing communications.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and service needs. You may receive multiple messages on the day of an appointment.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you reopt in.
