Documents uploaded through our portal or shared via secure links are transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest where applicable).

Access to uploaded documents is restricted to assigned notaries and operations staff with a legitimate business need. We do not share documents with unauthorized third parties.

Working copies of documents are retained only as long as necessary to complete your service, fulfill recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Notarial journals and RON recordings are retained for the periods required by Nevada law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of documents you upload. Do not upload documents containing sensitive information you do not intend to share with us.

If we become aware of unauthorized access affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. Report suspected security issues to legal@rossandassociates-notary.com.
