Refund Policy
Refund terms for notarial services, travel fees, and completed appointments performed by Ross & Associates Notary Publics Direct.
All Sales Final
Ross & Associates Notary Publics Direct generally does not issue refunds once a notarial act has been completed. Notarial acts are legally binding professional services and are recorded in the notary journal; seals, stamps, and Remote Online Notarization sessions cannot be revoked once applied.
All sales are final for completed notarizations, completed Remote Online Notarizations, executed loan signings, completed inspections, apostille processing and submission, travel and dispatch services, after-hours and emergency appointments, and any completed appointment services.
Travel Fees Are Non-Refundable
Travel fees are separate from notarial fees. Travel fees compensate for reserved appointment time and travel expenses and are non-refundable once an appointment has been accepted and confirmed. See our Travel Fee Policy for full details.
Refused or Incomplete Notarizations
If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing or invalid identification, incomplete documents, an unwilling signer, lack of awareness or capacity, or any failure to meet Nevada notarial requirements, dispatch and travel fees remain payable. Statutory notarial fees for acts not performed will be waived in accordance with Nevada law.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@rossandassociates-notary.com within 14 days of the appointment date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Fees that have been earned under this policy or our Travel Fee Policy are not eligible for refund.
