Notarial acts are legally binding professional services. Once signatures are executed, identity is verified, the seal is applied, and the journal entry is recorded, the service is fully rendered and non-refundable. This includes completed notarizations, RON sessions, executed loan signings, inspections, apostille processing, and rendered travel or dispatch services.
